Privacy (draft)

This page describes what Plugbook stores.

• Your account: your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account id), to sign you in and keep your packs separate from everyone else's.
• The links and text you add, the analysis of each source and the playbooks built from them, stored in Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Storage, region asia-south1).
• Usage and history: each call from your AI tools, the CLI or the API (tool, link, pack, status, time, usage charged), to show you your history and meter your plan.
• Sign-in records: hashed access and refresh tokens, hashed API keys, and the apps you connected.

To analyse a source, Plugbook sends its public link to Quarktex analyst agents, which use Google Gemini on Vertex AI. We do not sell your data or use it to train models. We do not read your chats; the AI assistant you connect only sends Plugbook the tool inputs you see.
